Improved Security
One of the easiest ways to improve the security of your blog is to make sure that each of your authors routinely updates his/her passwords. Author Admin makes it easy to notify authors to update their password on their first login, and every 30, 60, or 90 days.
Custom Messaging
Author Admin includes default messaging that will notify your authors about their out-of-date password, but every team of authors is different. As such, Author Admin allows you to customize the message that your authors see when it's time to update their account.
View Author Activity
Site administrators have access to the 'All Users' page in the WordPress Dashboard. Author Admin adds two new columns to each user account: one column displays how long it has been since an author has logged in, the other displays how long it has been since the author updated their password..

Author Admin has been developed with WordPress best practices in mind. The plugin has been built to run on WordPress 3.3+, is fully localized for international use, and follows WordPress coding conventions as provided by Automattic.
